Antirrhinum majus - Double Azalea Bronze

Deliciously fragrant and properly tall, Antirrhinum majus ‘Double Azalea Bronze’ brings old-fashioned snapdragon charm with extra-ruffly, azalea-like blooms. The warm bronze, peach, and coppery tones add a rich, vintage glow to cottage gardens, cutting gardens, sunny borders, and large containers.

Also known as Double Azalea Bronze Snapdragon, this annual grows about 3' tall with branching stems loaded with full, fluffy flowers. The blooms are fabulous for bouquets and bring soft vertical interest to mixed plantings with salvias, bachelor buttons, sweet peas, poppies, scabiosa, grasses, and other cool-season annuals. Their fragrance and unusual double form make them especially lovely near paths and patios where they can be admired up close.

Plant Antirrhinum majus ‘Double Azalea Bronze’ in full sun with fertile, well-drained soil and a bit of compost for best performance.
